At Kids on Broadway Musical Theatre Academy, we are dedicated to inspiring and cultivating young talent through comprehensive musical theatre education. Our mission is to provide a supportive and creative environment where children can explore their passion for the arts. Donations directly enhance our programs, offering scholarships, upgrading facilities, and expanding our curriculum to reach more aspiring performers. Together, we can create a lasting impact on the lives of young artists and the community.
Meet Our Instructors
Ben Jammin Holck
President
Ben has over 35 years of experience producing musical theater productions and showcases at local elementary schools, and bringing performing arts education to the community as they Artistic Director of Santa Cruz Performing Arts. Ben Jammin has started numerous professional musical productions, and is also the founder of his own Ben Jammin Voice and Acting Academy, where he enjoys teaching private lessons and producing recitals in comedy, acting, and voice
Janet Stegman
Vice-President
Janet has extensive experience performing lead roles in musical theater and also teaching, directing, and producing musical theater with kids, as well as teaching private voice to children and teenagers. She founded the Santa Cruz Children’s Theater and directed it for several years and also directed the Santa Cruz Parks and Rec Jr Theater, after which she founded and ran Kids on Broadway Los Angeles.
